Personally, I am in a slump. Seriously having trouble getting myself to go out in the cold and get my workouts in. I am trying challenges, I am putting on workout clothes, I just can't get myself to do it. So here are the three tips I am doing to make myself more accountable and try to get myself back into this workout habit that I seem to have lost. 1. Schedule your time for workouts 2. Quick workout for home or gym.
