Lots of people will tell you that weight-loss is 80% nutrition. That is true. However, do you want to be firm or loose? Do you want to be happy, or sad? I challenge you to figure out why you are trying to lose weight. See if working out doesn't help you reach those goals. I didn't talk about that point too much in this post, but I will in a future one. The purpose of this video is to share a story and tell you what working out does to me and why it is more important than anything else, in my view.
