Write down how long it took to do the workout and use this in the future when you redo this workout so you can see how far you’ve come. 8 rounds of 3 Movements. Should take about 10-25 minutes total. 30 seconds of Side Hop Overs/Step Overs 8 step-ups (alternate legs) 10 Sit-ups Hope you enjoy the workout!
