Write down how long it took to do the workout and use this in the future when you redo this workout so you can see how far you’ve come.
8 Minutes: As many rounds as you can do of: 2 squats 2 push-ups Each round, add 2 repetitions to each. Your score is the number you get to (or round you get to). So if I got to doing 12 squats and 10 push-ups, Then I would add the amount of reps I did in that round. Score would be 12 + 22. Let me know if you have questions . Hope you enjoy the workout!
