Write down how long it took to do the workout and use this in the future when you redo this workout so you can see how far you’ve come.
As many rounds as you can do of:
Each round, add 2 repetitions to each.
Your score is the number you get to (or round you get to). So if I got to doing 12 squats and 10 push-ups, Then I would add the amount of reps I did in that round. Score would be 12 + 22.
